"What's the Difference?" 2017/2018

In the age of social media and the rise of instagram museums, the definition of art and museum have become more loose. Is art more or less appreciable when its viewers can enthusiastically dive and bathe in it and staff are required to sweep up after each audience? Is it more pure when required to be appreciated at arm's length and its enjoyed in hushed tones?
